Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Terms of Use
It is understood by all parties, when clicking the "Submit” button, without limitation, you, the customer have agreed to be bound and have agreed to accept the fees for service described herein, on all requests and purchases made with Cheap2Dial, as defined under the Terms of Use as stated herein. If you are not in agreement with the terms of use set forth; please discontinue the use of service or acceptance of service, and your account will not be activated.

Service and Billing Information
Cheap2Dial’s state-to-state (interstate) domestic long-distance services may only be used for lawful purposes. The Company, in its sole discretion, may terminate a customer's Service when used in unlawful usage or for any reason, or no reason at all. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims resulting from the customer's use of this service.

The customer must be at least 18 years old and duly authorized by the telephone account owner to make changes and incur charges on the local telephone account provided. By clicking the”Submit” button, the company and its authorized representatives are being authorized to provide long-distance and bill its services under your electronic authorization signature and record submission. Your order authorizes a Letter of Agency and authorization to provide and accept the services offered herein. It is understood, that the Company has based the application and acceptance on your electronic signature as sanctioned under law the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Transactions Act ("E-Sign"). The customer acknowledges its agreement with the Company and as defined under the Terms of Use for service by submitting its customer request for service under the on-line subscription form.

The customer hereby agrees and acknowledges, they have read and fully understand the Terms of Use. The customer agrees to be responsible for accepting the service and charges related to the use of the customer's state-to-state (interstate) domestic long-distance plan, including but not limited to the use or misuse by an unauthorized third party.

Each calling plan will vary in price depending on the monthly plan selected. The fees for the recurring monthly calling plans are set forth herein, the Terms of Use, and on the web site. By clicking the “Submit” button, you authorize Cheap2Dial to invoice the programs directly to the customer’s telephone bill or credit card, depending on your selection, each month until you cancel the program. There are no long-term commitments or deactivation fees. A monthly billing fee of up to $5.95 will apply on your local telephone bill. The customer is responsible for all taxes for the services and/or governmental fees and surcharges and any increase in the taxes.

Max Minutes Plus is offered at a low monthly charge of only $14.97 (a low rate of just $.039 per minute) and includes 383 minutes of state-to-state (interstate) domestic long-distance calling every month. Max Minutes is offered at a low monthly charge of only $13.97 (a low rate of just $.039 per minute) and includes 358 minutes of state-to-state (interstate) domestic long-distance calling every month. Additional minutes beyond the allotted monthly amount will be credited against the following month's minutes. Although Cheap2Dial is not affiliated with your local telephone company, the monthly charge will appear on your local telephone bill on USBI’s page as being billed on behalf of Cheap2Dial. Minutes will not be carried over from month to month.

Upon customer acceptance, you will receive a welcome e-mail with a toll-free access number. To place a call using Cheap2Dial, call the toll free access number and then dial the number you want to call. Service is available to residents within the Continental U.S. with active local telephone service in pre-approved areas only. Continental U.S. does not include Puerto Rico, USVI, Guam, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Cheap2Dial as required by law may disclose information regarding the customer’s use of the service to lawful governmental requests. Cheap2Dial always reserves the right to accept or decline a customer’s order or account at its discretion. Cheap2Dial reserves the right to discontinue service with or without cause, for any reason. Customers that are not accepted for service or not activated will not be eligible to receive the enrollment bonus of 500 extra minutes per month for the first three months.

Please see our Privacy Policy which outlines what information we collect, how we go about collecting it, under what circumstances the information is shared with third parties, and your choices to determine what communications you receive from us and from our marketing partners.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THE PRIVACY POLICY, DO NOT PROVIDE THE COMPANY WITH ANY INFORMATION OR USE ANY OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS OFFERED OR PROVIDED ON COMPANY WEB SITES.

Promotional Offers
Enrollment bonus of 500 Extra Minutes Per Month for the First Three Months - Cheap2Dial customers are given 500 extra minutes per month for the first three months of service of long-distance calling outside your state of residence across the Continental U.S. Upon signing up and receiving approval for the Cheap2Dial plan, you'll receive all the information you need to start making your state-to-state (interstate) domestic long-distance calls.

Service and Promotions are limited to one per household. The advertised promotions represented on the registration page can not be combined with other offers. If customer does not wish to continue to use our long-distance service, then the customer may cancel the services by simply contacting Customer Service by phone at 1-866-600-9455 or e–mail at customerservice@cheap2dial.com .

Cancellation
The customer may stop using the Cheap2Dial services by canceling the account any time by simply contacting Customer Service by phone at 1-866-600-9455 or e–mail at customerservice@cheap2dial.com. The customer acknowledges that long-distance will be deactivated upon cancellation as accepted and processed by Cheap2Dial.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Customer expressly agrees that use of the Cheap2Dial services and the product is at customer’s sole risk. The Cheap2Dial services and product are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Cheap2Dial.com expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Cheap2Dial.com makes no warranty that the Cheap2Dial service or product will meet customer's requirements and/or that the Cheap2Dial service will be uninterrupted, timely, or secure.

Waiver and Limitations on Liability
CUSTOMER WAIVES ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION THAT THE CUSTOMER NOW HAS OR MAY HAVE IN THE FUTURE AGAINST CHEAP2DIAL IN ANY WAY FROM CHEAP2DIAL INITIATING OR PARTICIPATING IN ANY SERVICE RELATED ISSUE, ACCOUNT BILLING OR ANY METHOD OF PAYMENT TO THE CUSTOMER’S LOCAL TELEPHONE BILL OR CREDIT CARD. IN THE EVENT CHEAP2DIAL BREACHES THIS AGREEMENT AND/OR CUSTOMER IS DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES, THE CUSTOMER'S SOLE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE THE SERVICES. CHEAP2DIAL'S SOLE LIABILITY IN THE EVENT SERVICES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR ANY PERIOD MORE THAN 12 HOURS, SHALL BE LIMITED TO A REFUND OF THE SERVICE FEES PAID FOR THE AFFECTED TIME PERIOD. IN NO EVENT SHALL CHEAP2DIAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
